Sriracha Turkey Tacos | Healthy Spicy Taco Recipe


What's up guys, this is Sarah calves from UHF, TNS comm. And today, I'm going to show you guys how to make my sriracha, turkey tacos. They only take about ten minutes so let's get to it. The first thing you're going to do is take out a large, stove top pan, put your burner on medium heat, and then coat your pan with some nonstick cooking. Spray, go ahead and let your pan heat up for a couple of minutes. If you don't have a good stove top pan, I do post, a link in the description below to the exact one that I'm using. It's only around $30 shift and will last you a really long time after your pan heats up, add in 1.2 5 pounds or 20 ounces of 93 7, lean ground, turkey and Brown it.

And by Brown, if Is mean, stir it around and cook it until it's brown if you don't like or can't find turkey, you could also use a 93 7, lean ground. Beef as well after your turkey is brown turn your burner on low heat and drain the juice from your pan. After you drain, the juice, add in 3/4 a cup or 6, ounces of water 1 packet, which is 6. Tablespoons or 36 grams of the lowest sodium taco seasoning mix, you can find 10 teaspoons or 50 grams of sriracha and 2 tablespoons or 33 grams of a tomato paste mix everything together. And then just let that cook on low heat for around 10 minutes, stirring it every couple of minutes after 10 minutes, turn your burner off and remove your pan from the heat, take out a whole wheat, tortilla or whatever you're using for a taco shell and add some of your mix into it top it with a little reduced fat. Mexican cheese or whatever other cheese, you prefer some salsa a little fat-free sour cream.

And of course, some lettuce, and there are your sriracha. Turkey, tacos, as you guys saw the tacos are done. So now I'm just going to try it buys it. So if you like tacos, and you like sriracha, this is pretty much a food version of a threesome, not too spicy. And you can't even tell that it's ground, turkey, absolutely delicious as far as the calories go in the entire recipe.

And just the ground, turkey mix there's 980 141. Grams of fat, 41 grams of carbs and 112 grams of protein. So if you make eight servings with it in each serving they'll be around 122 calories 5 grams of fat 5, grams of carbs and 14 grams of protein. Now, if you make your tacos, the same way that I did in each taco there's going to be around 351 calories 10 grams of fat, 33 grams of carbs and 32 grams of protein as you guys, probably already know by now sriracha is by far my favorite condiment, well, I want to know what your favorite condiments are.
